  1. Do you have a minimum order amount?
    Yes our minimum order value is £250.
  2. How do I pay for my order?
    Once you have placed & confirmed your order we will check the stock and pack it ready to be shipped. We will then contact you for the payment. Some forms of payment may incur a minimal fee and we will mention this to you before taking payment. Please contact us for more information.
  3. How do I access your wholesale prices?
    To access our prices on the website you have to initially register with us and then use your login details on the website. If you are logged in as a registered user, you will be able to see all the prices.
  4. Do I have to pay VAT ?
    For most of our items VAT does not apply as baby clothes are exempt from VAT in the UK (so we don't charge VAT either when selling the items on). VAT only applies to blankets, sheets, bedding sets, cots and cot beds, baby walkers, bathing and changing items (for our European customers we do not apply VAT for these items either if they can supply us with a valid VAT number for their company (to avoid delays due to invalid VAT numbers, please check their validity first)).
  5. How do I place an order?
    The best way to place your order is via our website. This way, we receive your information exactly as you enter it. However, if you need assistance in placing your order, we do take orders over the phone and via email.
  6. How do I know that my order has been received?
    When you submit an online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail, simply contact us and we can confirm your order for you or send you another email confirmation. When your order has been picked in our warehouse we will contact you for payment.
  7. Do you offer dropshipping?
    No, we do not offer dropshipping.
  8. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do, please contact us for details.
  9. How quickly do you ship an order once it has been placed?
    Once we have received the payment we endeavour to ship the order on the same day or the next working day.
  10. When will I receive my order?
    Within the UK you should receive your order within 2 working days and internationally 5 to 7 working days. This can sometimes be affected by problems that are out of our control specially at peak times like Christmas and other holidays.
  11. Can I use your photos?
    Yes we can supply you with images without any watermark after you have purchased them from us. This service is free of charge.
  12. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed on your website?
    If the order has not been packed and dispatched we may be able to make changes to your order, please contact us by telephone on 00 44 116 276 1069 Mon – Fri 9am to 5.30pm.
  13. What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa & Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal for an additional fee of 3%. Credit and debit card payments incur no fee. Pleaae note though that we don't accept card payments from outside the UK at the moment; there are no restrictions on Paypal though.
